Return & Exchange Window

  • Returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of your order’s delivery date.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please report it to us within 5 days of delivery at webstore@barefootathletics.com so we can help.


Return & Exchange Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must:

  • Be in original condition with tags attached

  • Show no signs of wear, use, or damage

  • Be approved upon inspection once received at our facility

Please note: Discounted, sale, and customized items — including cut or bleach-dyed products — are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.


Exchanges & Product Availability

Exchanges are based on product availability and like-item replacements are not guaranteed. We recommend contacting us prior to sending your item back to confirm that your desired replacement is in stock.


How to Return Your Item

We accept returns both in-store and by mail. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Barefoot Campus Outfitter is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

  • Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
