Shipping Overview

We know you’re excited to receive your Barefoot order — and we’re just as excited to get it to your doorstep! This Shipping & Handling page explains how we process and fulfill orders, estimated delivery timelines, available shipping options, and what to expect before and after checkout.


Free Shipping

All domestic U.S. orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping via USPS — no promo code required! Orders under this amount may be subject to standard shipping rates at checkout.


Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Order Processing: Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 2 PM (EST) typically begin processing the same day. Orders placed Friday through Sunday are processed on the next business day.

  • Shipping Times: Once shipped, packages usually arrive within 3–4 business days. During high-volume seasons (like holidays), delivery may take up to 6 or more business days.

⚠️ Note: Delivery times are estimates. Weather, carrier delays, and other factors beyond our control may affect shipping times.


Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

After your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Once your package ships, you’ll receive a second email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the link provided in that email or by visiting the USPS website.


Updating Your Shipping Details

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact our support team as soon as possible at webstore@barefootathletics.com and include your order number and corrected information.
Once an order has been processed for shipment, address changes may not be possible.


Refused or Returned Shipments

If a package is refused or returned to sender due to an incorrect address, we will notify you via email when it arrives back at our facility. You will be responsible for providing an updated address and any additional shipping charges to have it reshipped.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Barefoot Campus Outfitter is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by USPS.
If your item is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number so we can assist you.
